Technical Help Support Services Disclaimer

The individuals whose names appear on the Tech Help list, acting as independent business men and women, provide PC technical support services for a fee. The Villages Computer Club and the Villages Computers Plus group (herein referred to as CLUBS) do not sponsor, endorse or approve the business activities of these tech support professionals. They act in complete independence of the CLUBS.
The CLUBS include a link to the site containing the names and contact information as a convenience for residents of The Villages and others who may visit the websites.
There is no endorsement expressed or implied by the CLUBS as a consequence of the link on the websites to any of the individuals whose name appears on the list.
Contacting any of these individuals constitutes recognition of a Hold Harmless agreement between the person seeking resolution of a computer problem and the CLUBS. The CLUBS have no responsibility for or involvement with any work performed by any of these Tech Help resources. In the event of dissatisfaction with the work performed by any Tech Help resource, the CLUBS cannot, nor will not play any role in resolving any dispute that may arise. Contacting a Tech Help resource constitutes complete agreement with the Hold Harmless provision mentioned above, as well as recognition of, and complete agreement with the arm’s length relationship between the CLUBS and the Tech Help service providers.
